Breakfast! Bed was super comfortable Room was very clean Staff was very accommodating with letting me check in early! Thank you I had an awesome stay. Will pass the word around.

My stay was very nice. I was there for work and coming and going at all different hours of the night and always felt comfortable and safe. Front desk personnel were always pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast and good. Nothing over the top, typical food but all fresh and tasty. The only thing that could get improved is the back entrance, it got wet and slippery and not great for moving luggage on. I will stay here again when I have to come back to the area.

Rooms were nice and spacious. No maid service daily which is baloney. Continental breaky was fantastic. Location not near any action bars and restaurants. Auto needed- deterent.

We had reserved a room via the official website for a national conference at Rockvile. However, upon our arrival, we were informed that the type of room we reserved was no longer available. The front desk behaved unprofessionally, even going so far as to threaten to cancel our reservation unless we accepted an alternative they offered. This would have left us searching for another hotel at 7pm. While we have consistently chosen Hilton for our business trips, this incident marked our first negative experience with such a dismissive management team. Even though we demanded proper compensation and the room we reserved, the manager did not adequately address the issue. Our stay was marred by a restless night and a disappointing breakfast the following morning. I'll be advising colleagues and acquaintances to think twice before selecting this venue for business trips, given the apparent lack of training in both professionalism and communication among their management staff.

Please don’t book with this hotel. Arrived at 5pm told by unprofessional front desk supervisor that the room wasn’t ready. After 15 minutes she couldn’t provide an update and just walked around looking confused. I asked when is check in and was advised that it’s at 3pm. Instead of acting like a “Supervisor” and handing the situation she provided no resolution. Reached out to their Manager Barbara Reed and no assistance. Paid for my stay in advance for my family to be treated this way. Had to find another hotel. Don’t waste your time or money at this hotel! If this is how the staff behaves, you can only imagine how disgusting the rooms are.

There was a mouse in the first room for the first time EVER at my stay in a hotel!! I was moved quickly - to a downgraded room that smelled of smoke, and discovered ants during my stay! I will not be staying at a Hilton property again, I’ve never experienced anything like this my life!

Modern decor, with gym, pool, free breakfast, that's not so bad, and mobile key within the app that works 95% of the time. The staff is super friendly and helpful

We love this hotel. They treat our small dogs like family. The rooms are getting a little dated, but they are clean. If there are any problems, they will solve them too!
